1.Rubber mixing is not uniform,workers do not operate properly
2.Rubber film parking is not standard, the environment is not sanitary, management is not standard
3.The material is too moist (add calcium oxide when mixing)
4.Insufficient vulcanization, underripe looks bubbly
5.Insufficient vulcanization pressure
6.Vulcanizing agent more impurities, small molecules of impurities decomposed in advance, bubble residual products
7.The exhaust design of the mold itself is unreasonable
8.The product is too thick, the rubber heat transfer is slow, after the appearance of vulcanization,
the rubber liquidity decreases, resulting in the lack of material, so it may produce bubbles
Solution:To be improved in curing pressure and time
1.Prolong curing time or increase curing speed
2.Increase the number of exhaust during vulcanization
