to extend its service life, to ensure the normal production.
The main forms of mold's failure

2.breakag(Include cracking, chipping, chipping, falling pieces and peeling)
3.plastic deformation
In order to ensure the quality of stamping parts and prolong the service life of the die,
it is necessary to clean and clean the mold
1)Daily cleaning
Dust cleaning of mold surface:After wiping with a clean cloth, touch the surface of
the mold with your hand, until you can't feel the dust
2)Mold guide sleeve, guide pillar cleaning:Use a rag to wipe the oil block of the guide sleeve,
guide pillar and guide block, and then wipe with a small amount of oil to lubricate
3)Clean the punching area:Use a hammer to remove all the waste materials in the hole
and the waste materials stuck on the slide plate and the scrap materials at the cutting edge
4)For moulds with coatings, the stretched surface of the moulds must be cleaned,
and the surface must be confirmed by hand. The first piece of material in production must be wiped clean with a rag.
After production, the moulds must be coated with a little oil
Clean up regularly
1)The surface of the mould must be cleaned after the mould is repaired
2)In the regular maintenance process, the outer surface of the mold, disassembly, replacement parts are thoroughly cleaned
3)Every once in a while, the mold must be completely dismantled, and then all the goods must be cleaned
