Fluoroelastomer o-rings (FKM/FPM/Viton) is made of ethylene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene copolymer elastomer. FKM(ASTM1418 acronym for fluoroprene) and FPM(ISO1629 acronym for fluoroprene) are both acronyms for vinylidene fluoride fluoroprene and vary only by region. Viton is a registered trademark of DuPont Corporation.
