NBR Nitrile rubber O-rings are widely used in the sealing industry because of their low price, good chemical resistance and excellent oil resistance.
Nitrile rubber is a light brown elastomer with a molecular weight of about 700,000. Due to the strong polar CN group, it has excellent stability to aliphatic oils and gasoline.And according to the ACN content is divided into:
1.Very high nitrile rubber: ACN content of more than 43%
2.High nitrile rubber: ACN content 36%-42%
3.Medium and high nitrile rubber: ACN content of 31%-35%
4.Medium nitrile rubber: ACN content 25%-30%
5.Low nitrile rubber: ACN content less than 24%■.Properties of NBR Nitrile rubber O-rings:
